To explore the potential to develop a site of 5 former garages and provide TWO, two bedroom contemporary houses, with parking and gardens.
In consultation with the local school, the redundant garages, at the entrance to the busy school were causing issues with parent parking and the safe drop off and collection of the children.
A new development plan included the addition of a zebra crossing and removal of ‘occasional’ parking, making the site and school a safer place for both traffic and children.
